Redruth Revival Feasibility Study

One of Krowji’s partner projects in Redruth is Redruth Revival which has bought the old Buttermarket and Mining Exchange complex in the centre of town.

They now wish to commission a Feasibility Study which will examine a number of aspects of the site and consider some possible design options to inform the next stage of project development.  They are seeking proposals from a team to undertake this work.

The Study will examine aspects such as design and development constraints, building structures and services and will undertake some surveys of the complex.

Redruth Revival also want the successful team to create some design options and approximate costings to inform the next stage of project development and fund-raising.  It is hoped that the study will enable them to undertake the next stage of the scheme which will involve further fundraising and the procurement of a design team to take the project up to full planning permission.

In tandem with this technical and design work, Redruth Revival will continue to work with a range of partners in Redruth on planning the next stages and consulting our various communities – they would want the successful team to play a role in this consultation process.
