Krowji Phase 2 Floorplans Released

We are delighted to be able to release our floor plans for Krowji Phase 2 today. The plans represent years of planning and preparation and some incredibly hard work by the construction team to overcome the challenges of this year particularly. We invite you to take a browse through the studio spaces, the facilities we can offer our future tenants, and the range of bright and spacious workspaces we have created in this development.

Krowji Phase 2 adds a further 21 studios for artists, makers and creative businesses to our creative hub in Redruth. As you can see from the plans the large ground floor studios boast their own external access, and the aspect of the building means the upper floors benefit from views over Carn Brea, or the immersive and tranquility of the surrounding woodland and fields. We have developed a waiting list for studios and will be offering spaces and viewings over the coming month. There is still ongoing finalisation of the build and we are expecting to open the studios in early November.
