Open Window is an Exhibition Relay throughout the UK led by Square Gallery
Square Gallery are createing an alternative exhibition as a way of bringing people together whilst Universities, Exhibitions and Private Views have been postponed or cancelled during lockdown. Their vision is to start an Instagram Takeover that gets passed around to Artists from all corners of the UK that opens a window into how they are dealing with and working in this current situation.
The relay started with a London based Artist before travelling to Bristol, then Wales. The Cornwall artist featured is Krowji tenant Julia Florence, whose work will be featured in an instagram takeover 16th – 19th April.
Julia Florence creates ceramics heavily influenced by a background in illustration and a love of life drawing.
They relay continues to Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow and finally ending in Belfast. Keep up with our journey by following @squaregallery_ on Instagram.
