Christmas Studio Sale 2010

On the weekend of 10^th -12^th December 2010 the artists, craftsmen and designer-makers of Krowji invited members of the public and businesses from across Cornwall to come and visit them at their studios.  During the weekend a wide range of works from a diverse group of creative people was displayed. There was an opportunity to talk to the makers and view and purchase unique hand made pieces, such as jewellery, textiles, painting, printmaking, ceramics, glassware, lighting and furniture.

This was a perfect opportunity to find that extra special, locally made gift or just an excuse to treat yourself!

On the evening of Friday the 10^th from 6-9pm the artists held a late night viewing where you could join them for a mince pie and a glass of mulled wine!

On 11^th and 12^th as well as the studios being open, there was also a Santa’s Grotto for the children and a range of delicious homemade food, hot and cold drinks and a fine selection of beers available from the Melting Pot Cafe.

22 artists took part in this event including Tony Minnion, Tristan Harris, Siobhan Purdy, Naomi Singer and Esther Connon.
