Creative Kernow, based at Krowji, is the umbrella organisation for the following nine projects. Together we support the production, promotion and distribution of work by creative practitioners in Cornwall because we believe in creativity's transformative power and want more people to benefit from it.

Canopy – Newlyn School of Art Mentoring Course Show

Four artists with a shared studio here at Krowji are part of Canopy, the 2016 Newlyn School of Art Mentoring Course Show.

The 2016 Mentoring artists have created a catalogue for their end of year show being held at Penzance’s iconic PZ Gallery from 10am – 6pm on Friday 25th, Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th November, 2016. The opening evening is from 6-10pm on Friday 25th November and all are welcome.

The One Year Mentoring Course at Newlyn School of Art will soon be entering it’s fourth year of existance and runs over six weekends in the year starting in January and is aimed at enabling students to develop their artistic practice over a year of one to one tutorials and mentoring under the guidance of a host of well known artists.
