Support for Creative Industries Workspace in Penzance

The planning application for a Creative Industries workspace in Penzance has now been submitted by Penzance Regeneration Partnership.

A demand study was commissioned which showed strong demand for creative workspace in Penzance. The successes of Krowji and other similar workspace hubs have informed the project and helped shape it.

The concept of bringing more work space into Penzance town centre has been a key part of the Neighbourhood Plan consultation process, most recently the 2018 Penzance Investment Expo and 2019 Town Centre consultation. The project is unanimously supported by Penzance Regeneration Partnership which comprises the local Cornwall Councillors, Town Council, Chamber of Commerce, Neighbourhood Plan, Penwith College and BID.
