Ben and Kelly, both hospitality lovers, combined their experience to create the Hungry Horsebox Co. Ben, a fully qualified and experienced chef, and Kelly, an experienced hospitality manager, are hugely passionate about the experiences gained through food and how it can help bring people together.
They are looking forward to welcoming the range of visitors that frequent the café space at Krowji and feeding the creative spirit of the site!
The Hungry Horsebox Co. is a mobile beach cafe based at Gwithian Beach. Ben said “We’re incredibly excited to take the first step in growing our business, as well as operating the Hungry Horsebox at Gwithian Beach it will now be great to also have a permanent site where we can expand our offering, open year round and become part of the incredible community that has developed over the years at Krowji.
“Our food always has been, and will continue to be, locally sourced and we’ll ensure sustainable practices in our ways of working. The café will deliver a love of good food with an equal love of great coffee, and so we’re hopeful that the creative tenants of Krowji are looking forward to having their studio breaks in the new space fuelled by good food and great coffee!”
