Kim Pilgrim

I create images using paint, photos, collage, drawing… whatever is appropriate at the time. I often work on a small scale; postage stamp sized seascapes; painting birds on train tickets … I enjoy creating different ways of viewing images and of seeing the artwork as an object with stories to tell.

Relationships to nature and the passing of time often features in my work, alongside concepts of travel and exploring a sense of place.

I also have 10+ years’ experience in arts education and running creative arts events and workshops, including for Tate St Ives and Storylines CIC.
